Introduction Package


If you are new to Pilates, this is an excellent way to start your Pilates journey. This package includes 3 private sessions geared towards assessing your needs and introducing the classical method. During these sessions, you will learn the basic principles of Pilates, fundamental movements, and begin to familiarize yourself with the Pilates equipment.

Single Private Session


Single Private 55 minute session. A one-on-one lesson, specifically designed on the needs of the individual. The most effective way to maximize your time focusing on your own unique goals.

10 Private Session Bundle


Bundle package of 10 one-on-one sessions.

Duet Session


A Pilates session paired with a companion chosen by you. Duets are an economical way to get a lot of personal feedback on your Pilates practice, while maintaining most of the advantages of private sessions. Having someone to attend with is not only fun, but also helps keep your practice on track. In these sessions you will learn how to find your alignment and progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body.


  • Please arrive on time. Lesson begins at time of scheduled session. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

  • Cell phones should be set to vibrate or turned off prior to entering the studio.

  • Some clients are sensitive to fragrances, please be respectful and avoid the use of perfumes or body lotions prior to your session. Body lotions could also stain the upholstery of the equipment.

  • 24 hour notice is required for a change or cancellation of a session otherwise you will be charged for the lesson.

  • Comfortable, form fitting work out clothes allow for a better assessment of movement. Please do not wear clothing with zippers that could tear the upholstery of the equipment.
